I’m excited to announce the team at Scissors Paper Pen, with support from ArtsACT, is offering a paid mentorship to a writer aged under 35 from the ACT region. The successful applicant will work with me to develop a 2,000 word piece (fiction or non-fiction) for publication in Scissors Paper Pen in March 2018.
Scissors Paper Pen encourages applications from minority groups and prides its self on creating safe spaces for marginalised voices to be read and heard. The meetings can be over the phone and timing is flexible, to allow for various locations and work schedules.
Applications are due midnight Sunday 7 January 2018.
